Urban Room Hairs pricing is a reflection of our commitment to continual training, education and premium products. All prices include GST and are subject to variation without notice.
To ensure we can offer the best service to you and all of our valued clients, we have in place the following salon policies.
We greatly appreciate your support of our salon and will promise to provide the utmost professional service to you with every visit.
Times for services and treatments are especially reserved for you.
All clients will be sent an SMS 72 hours before their appointment. Please use this time to make any necessary changes to your appointment.
To respect our team’s time, cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% fee of the booked appointment.
Urban Room Hair reserves the right to cancel non confirmed appointments.
All new clients will be required to pay 50% of the service booking fee, to secure their first appointment. This will be deducted from the cost of your booked appointment. This can be taken by credit card over the phone or invoiced to you. We do not hold your credit card details.
No-shows and late cancellations within 48 hours will result in a loss of the booking fee that was paid. No shows will be required to pay a booking fee for all future appointments.
